DELIVERY

We do not include delivery costs in the purchase price of any of our items.


UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer a delivery service to any UK mainland address, we only work with reputable and trusted shipping handlers and couriers who we know will deliver items safely to your home and will offer a competitive and fair price, unless you choose to use your own couriers. They usually operate on a one person delivery and the costs are dependent on each individual item.


European & International Delivery

European & International shipping will be the purchaser's responsibility and may incur additional charges, such as import duties, so the cost given at point of purchase is for the item(s) only. We also advise European & International customers to contact their local authorities in case of specific import duties.

Delivery Access

All deliveries will be made kerbside / to the entrance of premises unless a ‘room of choice’ option has been discussed before delivery. By default, all items are delivered by one person meaning help may be required to unload. You are responsible for ensuring purchased items can be delivered to your property, with safe and reasonable access from the public highway to the place of delivery. Please take the time to take note of dimensions and ensure access routes are clear.

Collection from Pankhurst Farm, West End, Surrey

You or your shippers are welcome to collect from our Gallery, within normal working hours, by appointment:

Please ensure you have appropriate transport and protection for the item you are collecting. We ask that goods are paid for in full before they are collected.


NO FUSS RETURNS AND REFUND

 All items are fully described and we provide as much information and images as possible. In the rare case that you wish to return an item, we need notification within 48 hours of delivery. The item(s) must then be delivered back to our Gallery within 14 days in the exact same condition as it left us. We will then refund the cost of the item back to you in full, less transport costs involved, you can do this through emailing gary@surrey-antiques.co.uk or by calling us.
